A carefully selected blend of vegetables which may include raw banana, elephant yam, ash gourd, drumstick, carrot, snake gourd, long beans, cucumber, and other traditional vegetables.

Remove the required quantity from the freezer.
Cook directly from frozen or thaw slightly before use.
Add to boiling water or cook with turmeric, salt, grated coconut, cumin, and yoghurt or curd as per your preferred Avial recipe.
Finish with coconut oil and curry leaves before serving.
Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Do not refreeze once thawed. Once opened, store any unused portion in the freezer in an airtight container and consume within the recommended period. Follow the storage instructions on the packaging.
