A carefully selected blend of vegetables which may include drumstick, carrot, pumpkin, brinjal (eggplant), okra, ash gourd, bottle gourd, onion, tomato, green chilli, curry leaves, and other traditional sambar vegetables.

Remove the required quantity from the freezer.
Cook directly from frozen or thaw slightly before use.
Add to cooked toor dal along with tamarind extract and sambar powder.
Simmer until the vegetables are tender and finish with a tempering of mustard seeds, curry leaves, and dried red chillies.
Serve hot with rice, idli, dosa, or vada.
Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Do not refreeze once thawed. Once opened, store any unused portion in the freezer in an airtight container and consume within the recommended period. Follow the storage instructions on the packaging.
