Clean and wash the fish thoroughly.
Marinate or cook the fish using the required quantity of Nirapara Fish Masala along with other ingredients as desired.
For fish curry, add the masala while preparing the gravy and simmer until the fish is cooked.
For fish fry or grilled fish, coat the fish evenly with the masala mixture and cook until golden and fully done.
