Mix Nirapara Idli Podi with water according to the instructions on the pack.
Add the required quantity of fermented batter or ingredients as directed.
Allow the batter to ferment if required.
Pour into greased idli moulds and steam for 10–15 minutes until cooked.
Serve hot with coconut chutney, sambar, or your favourite side dishes.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal the pack tightly after opening to maintain freshness. Transfer to an airtight container if preferred.
